Oil change

Hi guys,
What's the best oil to use? How much do I need? And a new filter for an oil change before we go on holibags???

ive just bought a full service kit from the site sponsors advanced,
they have a choose of 3 kits ,I went with the mobil 3000 oil kit plus a extra sump plug as you need 2,

comes with 10 litres ,you need 9,5,

and with the forum discount it was excellent value Thumbs Up 2007 tdv8 se ,stornaway grey
