I have checked Terms & Conditions and it seems to be true.

If you get front Discs Pads done then only front are covered (obviously)

It's just pads as far as I can see. I bet they're many times more expensive than just buying some pads.

They are very competitive on other services and the operate in brand new workshops with new equiptment and what seem to be well trained technicians. Just had my aircon regassed on the very latest 2016+ equipment.
