As Stan says, i would imagine if there all closed you have a latch fault... (an internal microswitch not telling the car the door, boot or bonnet is closed)

All the locking is working fine just the indicators don't now flash once on locking, they flash twice on un-locking as before.

One door, boot or bonnet is registered as open, re-shutting them all with a good slam usually sorts it... Pete

Doh.... the tailgate wasn't fully closed. Even though it looked shut.

The ironic thing is next time I used the tailgate the indicators would probably have started working correctly.
