Just back from Le Touquet in the last hour - saw no fuel problems anywhere - Channel Tunnel fuel station operating normally.

I didn't need any because I had topped up just before getting on the Eurotunnel but every Carrefour and fuel statinn I saw was operating normally (and I was checking) 2016 (L405) Autobiography in Black with Ivory - for ULEZ
2014 (L405) VSE in Black with Ivory
2011 (L322) VSE in Black with Ivory
2005 (3.2 V6) Porsche Cayenne in Black with Savanna
1999 (P38) VSE in Burgundy (?) with Sand

Fuel seems OK - I head home on Friday so hopefully I haven't spoken too soon.....

The obvious - make sure your insurance covers France, get breakdown cover & a fluorescent jacket

The only tip I have for the trip is to get a TelePeage tag Thumbs Up

I tried a few 12v cool box options - all a waste of time -for me atleast - Ice in a decent regular toolbox is good for over 36 hours, which is all I ever need.

I haven't - but could - always buy additional bags of ice from a supermarket en-route for a couple of quid - so worth doing the maths on how often you would really use it.

Flexi-plus on the tunnel is another tip Thumbs Up

I would hate to travel any other way now - if you're a regular traveller, then 10 or more cost £127 each Thumbs Up

Very wet at the moment, I am sitting in Luxembourg at the moment watching the river rise, it's already over the first bank.

Moving to Germany tomorrow then onto Austria on Saturday.
