A few questions about the IIDtool: 02 Readings, Disable EAS

I have an IIDTool BT, and I am running down a lean code with a mechanic, he wanted to see 02 readings and apparently I couldn't find where those readings were.

2nd question, I am considering neutering (when the time comes) a 2006 RR and convert it to conventional springs. Does the IIDTool allow for the disabling of the EAS and all associated fault by replacing airsprings with springs?

Thanks,

If you can't find it in the menu then any generic OBD11 reader will show you them, they are there though... mines not BT so can't help...

Why are you going to remove the best part of the vehicle and take a big step backwards??

Pretty sure the IID will do what you want though, ask Pat at Gap, they are very helpful... Thumbs Up Pete

I'll look again... I love the EAS but with 108,000 miles on the clock and using the RR for cross country journeys I believe I'll likely switch to springs to save money and eliminate potential failure at the first sign of failure on the EAS. I had a bit of a freightening moment from Los Angeles to Las Vegas in 119 degree heat up hills in traffic, the airsprings started to hiss. I realized later they were over pressure from the heat. OffRoadRover.com An American Western Range Rover Off Road Blog
