Another Suspension fault question

Just driven the fatty 500 miles through France with plenty of breaks. Stopped off for a coffee 25 miles before destination and when I started the car again " suspension lowered" bong came up with no other info. None of the lights illuminated on the EAS dial either and the suspension did not look as if it had dropped.
I switched the ignition on and off a few times but it did not reset.
I also used my id tool to 'clear all faults' but no luck there.

I'm leaving the car to cool down overnight and I'll try in the morning. Oh and one other thing, no performance restricted to 30mph warning came up but the car would not do over 50 ( I did drive it gently)

I have a couple of questions please gents.
The battery reset option; do I go through the full battery disconnect process or do I just take off one lead.? I could not find it in the wiki; very very tired eyes!

And ...Am I correct in assuming there is a separate EAS reset somewhere in the id tool menu? Haven't tried that yet because wifey is still shouting at me and I haven't got the mental strength to tackle the id tools complicated sub menus until tomorrow morning.

Thanks for any advice you can give; preferably helpful, but humorous also accepted.

Clear all faults should sort the EAS, there is a re-enable EAS in there somewhere...

Very odd it won't go over 50....

Turn ignition off, wait 20mins then disconnect the earth lead (10mm) leave it off for an hour, reconnect, start FF, full lock both ways and try again.... Thumbs Up Pete
