My interior is ivory and as Basil stated mid 40 S mpg is definitely obtainable. I do WARN you though that if you drive one you WILL want one !

With a fuel bill currently averaging around £500 per month, even 35mpg would save me around £150 a month! The Ivory looks brilliant.

May I ask you a favour please? Would you mind measuring the distance from the boot floor to the underside of the boot aperture (to see how tall a load could fit through the opening)? It'd be a big help!

Early 3.0's had two turbos, 2015 onwards have one. I have the latest and it's a very smooth, quiet engine. I prefer it over the 4.4 as it's more sedate and quick enough. Most of my driving is in traffic and I get around 35mpg, my best has been 45mpg.

It get's about the same MPG as our Discovery Sport.

Other's will tell you 4.4 is the only way to go, but try the 3.0, it works well on the car.

+1 for Ivory Thumbs Up

There's too many curves for an exact measurement that is reliable.... hopefully these help a bit -

You don't get much at full height, because then the sloping floor starts to kick in.....

If there's something specific you need to transport, you would be best trying it out first as it will be difficult to be sure from measuring alone

Thanks for that. It's interesting that the RR 3.0 runs one turbo now, as my 2015 D4 runs two. I wonder why there's the difference?

Thanks for that Alastair. Without 31 1/2" in the middle it would have been dead in the water; it's close, but it's good enough Thumbs Up I will certainly get over to the dealer and have a closer look now.

I will take you up on that, if I may.

I shall send a PM over (assuming that I've got a high enough post count for it to work!)

John.
