Just washed the van in preparation for going away tomorrow, only to find that the skylight is leaking.

So out with the head torch, wrestle it out, was only a small leak so the majority of it was stuck fast. And needed to be cut free.

I had a tube of IdL 99 but it ran out 3/4 of the way round the frame as it had been in a while and the last bit of the tube was solid !! So it's back in but will have to come out again in the morning before leaving for Norfolk.

It's not a hard job to do, but was made a PITA by running out of sealant.  There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Yep, always the way. At least you can sort it though rather than getting robbed by the dealer.

Yep. Jobs a good Un. Well pretty much, managed to put a small tear in the roof skin in the corner of the window.

Fortunately it is covered by the flange, so should be Ok. I have masticed a small plastic patch onto the underside of the tear too so it's double sealed from the top and bottom. Can't see how it can leak now! There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
