Central Locking problem following a flat battery.

Hello All

Having all gone down with the Flu last week the Fatty wasn't used for 5 or 6 days. It was parked in the barn but with temps in minus range both night & day the battery went flat.

I eventually dragged myself out there yesterday with my fingers crossed! Anyway it unlocked but didn't have enough grunt left to start so I put it on charge, tried to lock it with the remote & nowt happened so I locked it with the key & headed back to the house.

So today, it's fully charged, started OK cleared the faults with the lock to lock but it wouldn't unlock with the remote, only with the key. I put a new battery in the remote about three weeks ago so I don't suspect that. I took it out for a run & the doors didn't auto lock so I tried pressing the dash lock button & nothing. so after a 10mile run I went back home & disconnected the battery for half an hour thinking that might help. But no, nothing.

So the central locking works fine with the key but not with the remote or with the dash button.

Any Ideas greatly appreciated

Cheers, Nigel
