Keys and memory seat

Can anyone tell me if the keys for my 2006 Vogue TD6 should set the seats to different memory positions ie one key for position 1 and the other key for position 2 etc. Thanks.

I don't think it was ever an option. My 07 Vogue SE never had that. it did have convenience entry but that was not key related.

Thanks for that. I didn't think so but a post on fb suggested it might. I don't think mine has easy access either, however the steering wheel does lift but the seat doesn't retract.

Mine did - both my 03 & 07

Each key used to set the seat to the right position for that driver when you unlocked it - so that by the time you got into the car, the sear was already in the right place.

My L405 doesn't have it & I really miss it

Hi On my 06 - set the seat position press the M button on the seat then either 1 or 2 . same process for key 2. However you must remember to lock the car before using the second key. Mine gets confused if you dont lock the car between key swaps. Ie if you use key 1 then lock the car with key 2 when you open with key 2 it does not move the seat to key 2 postion.

So if you use key 1 to open lock with key 1 the open with key 2 and shut with key 2 its all ok

Simon
