Digital TV in 02 l322

Was looking into getting the analogue TV converted to digital, and found this site

http://www.carphonics.co.uk/digitaltv.htm

Does anyone know if this would work? Or is it not that simple,

Cheers all, and Merry Christmas

Easier way is to fit a hybrid unit, plug and play. .

Where do I go about getting a hybrid unit from? I've seen people saying the fit BMW units and some people have fitted one made by a guy called wiggs. Do these give you digital radio as well?

From my observations Wiggs sells the later units which aren't compatible with your car.
Your choices include:
Find a BMW hybrid TV tuner on eBay (compatible model numbers are listed on here somewhere).
Send your analogue unit to Baris at Carphonics and have it upgraded to digital.
Scrap the whole system and install an android system which does everything.

Hope that helps.

Hasn't Matt Stevenson recently done this himself?

Sure I read on Facebook he managed it!

Shocked how much Shocked

Whistle You can fit an Android unit with TV, DVD, Navi, blueteeth and more for that price... less if you go for a lesser none Android unit... I should know, I upgraded mine for under £200 Whistle Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!
