Odd Air suspension issue

Last week all was normal and I parked up. came out in morning to find front right suspension lower than the rest, took it to my local indy and his computer showed no reading in the height sensor. Assuming then new sensor needed so ordered one and cut to today and had new sensor fitted but when we look at the readings the front right shows -15 and no matter what settings we try it won't sit right

we tried to re-calibrate but it always shows a - reading on the front right and there are no other error codes showing
any suggestions?

if we enter the ride height on the computer (as per the diagram I found here) the computer says "suspension calibrated" but it just sits there - I will admit I don't know much about the computer side so maybe i'm missing something?

will get another look tomorrow

The dealers sell a part loom for the sensors, the plug with a length of the wire for you to splice in, very common to have a break in the wire....

A continuity test will show if that's the problem.. Thumbs Up Pete

Mine has been like that for years, no faults, but will always be @ 10mm lower on one side than the other. Learnt to live with it. .
