Air Conditioning compressor O rings

Does anybody know the part numbers or sizes for the A/C compressor ports?

The ports measure 18mm OD and 15.3mm OD

I would buy an assorted box of HNBR, but it would be good to know what sizes as O rings are as they usually listed by the Inside Dimension, and otherwise I could end up with a box that doesn't fit.

Its a 2004 TD6 diesel L322

Many thanks

Thanks, I just checked at screwfix. They do the basic nitriles ones, but they don't do the green HNBR ones compatible with the refrigerant

Any other ideas?

Best wishes

Something like the below link may help HNBR for A/C work.

Just a general caution, whilst some makers do colour code different types of 'O' rings, as per materials / application or use , this is not universal. In my line of work we get Viton, nitrile, HNBR and other types of 'O' rings / seals in a multitude of colours - Always go for the correct material required for a specific application, do not rely solely on the colour. 'O' rings / seals are simple parts, but this can become a minefield to the uninitiated.

Hope this helps. Thumbs Up

Edit, just re-read my post, this is not a comment on Haylands post, as the aforementioned gentleman obviously knows his onions. Just a general comment folks.

Thanks for the ebay link, but sadly none are the correct dimensions.

Does anybody have a parts catalogue?

Best wishes

Have a look at the below link to Advanced Factors, one of the site sponsors, a quick call to them should sort you out. Can't see the bits you are after, but it looks like they do all the bits. Or one of the other sponsor suppliers.
