A few weeks in.....

Well, the car is great theres no doubt. Ride is a bit rumbling sometimes at 60ish but overall I'd go with the 22's again for the sheer good looks. Stereo is awesome in the Meridian and I'm liking the heated steering wheel back again. Privacy now on the car which is a nice addition.

Not that impressed with the heated seats buttons as I don't know why they don't just do that with a Fast switch etc as it's a bit of a PITA in and out of menus all the time. Electric folding seats is interesting, never seen that before.

Like the extras in the VSE over the normal Vogue and things like the auto door opening and soft close are nice touches of elegance and simplicity. I'm keen to explorer are Towbar, Side steps and RSE. Since I've got Dual Screen I wondered if the RSE might not be that hard as my tv plays DVD and does allow use whilst driving for passenger so not sure that will pan out but I'm hopeful. Advanced cruise can be an eye opener but overall its many in busy traffic, sorry I mean car park that is the M8 to Edinburgh!! lol

Once the new boat is delivered in March, I'll maybe explore the side steps and RSE but will get the tow bar done asap for use I think.

Officially skint but loving it. all smug in my new plug!

Glad you like it.

I thought the later cars had the seat heaters on the air con temperature dials as well as the sub menu (push it in and rotate). I might be wrong as I have a 14 car and I think MY15 onwards had the change.

The seat heater change was MY16+, mines a 15.5 and doesn't have it.

Thumbs Up nice boat - I very nearly bought a 210 at the boat show a couple of years ago, but I'm a Mastercraft fan at heart - I've got an X30.

Lomond is just too cold for me - ours lives on Lake Biscarrosse in France Cool

Tow bars - I was quoted £3k for the electric deployable one Shocked So I bought a different car with one already fitted.

Also 4 weeks in with a 2013. Very similar feedback and very much agree re 22's. vanity is still winning over sanity but I would like to try one on 21's to see if there is a real benefit. Very interested on comments re tow bar as on my list also. I was thinking it cannot too expensive as just a tow bar, electrics and suspect some coding ? Saw one the other day with a simple square hole under the car so assume this is a 'farmers hitch' rather than a traditional removeable sytle. Anyone done one and can share research ? 2013 L405 AB 4.4SDV8 Luxor/Ivory, 2007 Vogue TDV8 Epson Green/Sand, 2008 Vogue TDV8 Buckingham Blue/Sand, 2003 Vogue 4.4 LPG Epsom Green/Sage, 1998 Vogue SE 4.6 LPG Epsom Green/Cream

I was quoted £1k for a farmers hitch - the system looks very similar to the L322 one, so can probably be sourced & fitted for half that, but as I found out when I was car hunting, I just kept on looking until I found the right one for me (with a deployable toy already fitted)

Here's a picture of my boat at the tunnel on our way to Sardinia. Ended up leaving it there last August to go and use again this year and maybe move somewhere else in the Med the year after.
That's my previous car now replaced.

Sorry can't turn the piccie around.
