Hello all,

With regret I am selling my l322 (2003) due to one thing after another going wrong and now needing to draw a line so as to quit while I am kind of ahead.....or at least my sanity!! Which model and year do you recommend to replace with on an approx budget of £20k max. Which ones are to be avoided or is it just the model I am selling due to BMW coming on board / teething probs / compatibilties etc, etc?

On that budget you should get a well specced 2010 MY VSE/AB with a 3.6 TDV8 or possibly a 4.4 or S/C.

Yep, I went back to a car which whilst is more reliable (compared to my experience of the FFRR) just doesn't cut it!

Go to the most recent model of l322 you can, thats what I'm intending to do. Possibly 2011 - 2012 if possible for that money but the search is on

If you can find a L322 Vogue SE (Special Electric) it has better interiors, I really like those! as for the engine, I think V8 TDi is great fuel economy. 2011 Vogue 4.4 Santorini black

I am thinking of selling my MY10 (59 plate) 3.6 TDV8 Vogue.

Black, ivory (cream) leather, 72,000 miles, facelift model with TFT screen dashboard, keyless. Very clean.
