As Weegie says, but you can't see if with the bonnet up unfortunately. I'm sure if your car is a TD6 it will have one fitted.

I never knew my car had one until this winter... I went for a short journey to the shop and turned the car off but was making a weird boiler like sound under the bonnet and I had switched it off. Did some work on Google and found that it was just the FBH.

Great to know it has one, and that it does work Rolling with laughter

The Td6 has a FBH. It is well hidden behind the wheel arch cover. You would need to either remove the cover or get underneath to have a chance of seeing it.

If you go onto your touch screen you will find the way to set the timer to get it to run. John

The FBH won't operate if your battery monitor reads below something like 11.5 volts. Try again after fully charging your battery 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE

well today i checked that fuse 59 for the heater and it had blown so i replaced it and tried the auxiliary heater settings on my screen (this has never worked) but i set it and it cut in but then ran for about 20 seconds and stopped. i checked the fuse just incase and it was ok. so what am i missing. does it have to be a certain temperature for it to work using the auxiliary settings

thank you
