Body control module

Hi All.

I`m little confused over replacing my bcm, I have a few issues with remote locking and heavy steering sometimes.

I have a 2004 non touch screen 4.4 Vogue. I have read that it can be a straight swap with a used one and no programming required, would it be possible to have this confirmed please.
