[sold] 2011 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 TDV8 (SOLD)

June 2011 2011 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 TDV8 - Ipanema Sand with Arabica Semi-Aniline Leather interior

Hi,

Long time lurker here sadly selling my Range Rover via a paid ad (ref 170201-393 - thanks Martin).

This car has been owned by myself since November 2014 (purchased from Guy Salmon Land Rover in Knutsford), and is reluctantly for sale due to getting a company car. This is a well-cared for highly-specified car in very good condition and is driven by a non-smoking owner. The current mileage is ~54700 miles. I have owned this car from around 34,000 miles). The MoT runs until 25th November 2017.

This car has a full Land Rover Service History, with the last service performed by Lancaster Land Rover (Newport Pagnell) in July.

Over £9000 of options were added to the already very comprehensive standard equipment, resulting in a list price of around £92,500:

• harman/kardon Logic 7 1200W HiFi
• Vision Assist Pack (Surround Cameras & Blind Spot monitoring)
• Rear axle locking differential
• Heated / Cooled / Reclining Rear seats
• Rear Privacy Glass
• Grand Black Lacquer extended wood veneer
• Towbar (detachable)
• Tyre Pressure Monitoring System
• Style 14 20" alloy wheels
• Side steps - Fixed
• Full Size Spare

The standard equipment fitted to car includes items such as:

• HDD Navigation & Hybrid TV system
• DualView touch screen
• Electric Sunroof
• Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)
• Remote Control Park Heating (warms the car up using a remote fob)
• Acoustic windscreen & front side glass
• Adaptive Dynamics
• Adaptive xenon headlamps (AFS)
• Heated steering wheel
• Automatic climate control
• Bluetooth Telephone Connectivity
• DAB (Digital Audio Broadcasting)
• Electric front seats
• Electric heated door mirrors
• Electronic air suspension
• Heated front windscreen
• Heated seats
• Hill Descent Control (HDC)
• Park distance control (PDC)
• Permanent four-wheel drive
• Power-assisted steering
• Powerfold exterior mirrors
• Portable Audio Interface
• Steering-wheel mounted paddle shift
• Homelink (garage door opener)
• Terrain Response system

The car is currently covered by a Land Rover Warranty, which can be provided to the new owner for an extra £1000, which would then last until 26th November 2017 - this is solely passing on the cost of me buying out the warranty and passing it to the new owner – I am not gaining anything by charging more for this, I just wanted to provide the option. This is the most comprehensive Land Rover provided warranty that also includes European breakdown cover.

I'm looking for £26,250 without the warranty, or £27,250 with the remaining warranty

Ed

Thanks for kind words guys - I know I am biased, but I do think it looks lovely!

I'd been looking for 2-3 weeks when I saw this one on a Friday evening and phoned the dealer straight away, then was in Knutsford at 9am the following morning to buy it. Needless to say my negotiating efforts were compromised by my obvious enthusiasm!!

Edited to lower the price - I had thought it was at a very competitive price (is the cheapest equivalent car I can find anywhere), however all I've had so far are rather low offers that are worse than some trade offers I've had!

Leaving this up until the weekend at which point it will be sold to the trade....

Lovely looking car and a bargain at that price.

I'm just about to pay off my car and looking forward to a period of car-loan free time, otherwise, I'd seriously consider it.

You could well be right - guess it could be considered a bit Marmite (not just because it's brown!), however personally I jumped at getting this one as it is a colour combination I really liked.

Possible that the time of year is counting against me (people feeling the pinch after Christmas?), as to be honest I thought it would have gone by now.

Thanks Alan, much appreciated. Very wise choice - I've had a few times when I wish I'd kept hold of what I had and enjoyed the spare cash, however I can resist everything except temptation!

Had a private buyer (not via the forum unfortunately) come and look at the car this morning and put down a deposit there and then, so looks like the car is now sold!

Thanks for all the kind comments and help I received from members here Thumbs Up
