IID tool needed to reset BCU please.....

Hi,
Does anyone own an IIDtool in South Wales area that I could possibly borrow please?
After disconnecting the battery to fix the ABS ECU connector (hopefully!) my BCU is now in transport mode.
No central locking or interior lights when doors opened.

I will be buying an IIDtool, but right now I'm skint!

Cheers.

Unless they have the pro version then it can't be done on yours as the IIdtools have a vin license. You buy the license for your vehicle and it has an unlock code for that vin only, to use it on another vehicle another unlock code would have to be purchased.

Thanks for the replies guys.
So programming of the BCU comes under "advanced programming functions" which is VIN locked??

Contact GAP to be certain, but I think you can only clear the fault list on other vehicles. To change any settings, thats programming.......

So the million dollar question (well £60 Whistle ) is whether you need to clear a fault or change a setting
