Hello all

My parking sensor ECU is fried, does anyone know if the older grey unit (part #YWC000930, the white box with the blue/black/white colour-coded connectors) is interchangeable with the newer all-black unit (part #YWC000931)?? I'm in a 2008 Vogue and the newer unit is about 3x the money yet they appear to just do the exact same thing... the connectors/pins are all the same, any thoughts? Is this just LR trying to cash in or did the electronic architecture really change that much?
