Had many cars over the years and the only one I made money on was a 1971 MGBGT (the real sort with chrome bumpers) - bought it in 1980 for £1100 and part chopped it 84 for £1500. Wonder what is is worth now. Going on the presumption that some cars eventually reach a point of scarcity combined with desirability, I wonder how long I will have to keep my 03 TD6 to sell it at a profit.... QUID FACIUM TIBI
