Scotland 2014 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Santorini Black
Partially productive weekend with the l322

So took the car on. 200+ mile round trip to marshall at the Snowman rally north of Inverness on Saturday.
I'd had to replace the battery on Friday so all the trip readings etc reset so was surprised to see 29.5mpg at the end of the trip instead of the usual 24.
Got home to find my BAS remap file was ready so uploaded that while I fitted a new Gloss Black front grille then went to collect a take away for supper.
Holy sheeeet Batman the old girl fairly moves now with the new map on it!

Today was service day so dropped the oil (what numbskull put the rear drain plug over the cross bar on the cradle!) also discovered I need a bigger oil pan when I next change the oil, lucky i have a dirt/gravel drive as it overflowed my drain pan!
Filters changed, service indicator reset and a quick run to check for leaks etc
Then went to tackle fitting the side steps, hmmm, looks like i'm going to have to adjust some of the holes on the brackets as it just wasn't lining up.
Also couldn't find my M10 tap to clean out the threads so will put this job off till next weekend now.
But all in all some progress and a better running motor and finally don't have to look at the next service message saying 2015 because the previous owner had been servicing it at a local garage that couldn't reset the service indicator!
