I am still fairly new here (and to FFRR generally) so go easy on me please

I am in need of a Camshaft Lock Kit for my 2004 4.4 V8. We are doing a timing change and realised that we need this specialised kit to complete the work. The costs are coming in at around £500 which seems a bit steep (for a Lasertools kit part no: LZ5451). Neilsen appear to have a similar kit for much less (part no: CT3770) at around £150. Any opinions on the best one to get, and from where?

I did see an old post on here of someone selling at CT3770 with some tips on making sure to pick the right one. I am just an enthusiast and no mechanic, so leaning on your good selves, and my mechanic friend (who says he needs this tool) for advice.
