slow movement of driver's window

We replaced the driver's side window regulator (mechanism) of my 2007 range rover; however it now seems that the up and down movement of the window is slower than what it was with the old regulator.

any advice as to what could be done to get it right will be appreciated.

Btw, bought the regulator from island-4x4.
