Instrument cluster question..

I've stripped my dash down to remove my burr wood and thought whilst I'm at it I'm as well as getting my pixels fixed on my cluster.. silly question but does the battery need disconnecting whilst clusters out? I would rather keep it connected so it's alarmed but I've read elsewhere it can cause issues disconnecting whilst still powered up.. thanks..

Hi,

I kept my battery connected when I took my clocks out to replace them with a set of clocks I bought online. Only to find out I didn't need the new clocks...... Sad

It didn't cause any problems for me....

Thanks for quick reply my good man. That's perfect. Didn't fancy leaving her unalarmed as there's been a spate of defenders, l322's and sports been stolen in Edinburgh the past few weeks. Mines isn't the most pricey of them all but it's my pride and joy so I'm happy with this. Thumbs Up
