[SORTED] Winch Roller Fairlead, Have you gone synthetic rope

I'm in need of a roller fairlead for my Warn 8000 lbs winch 242mm centres but anything around 242mm will do!!

If you've gone synthetic have you still got the old rollers? Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!
