Air Suspension Inactive Bonanza - 2 x Height Sensors in 1 wk

All fixed though.

First one was the LR, probably original - the upright had parted company with the upper mounting

New rear sensor found on eBay - Britparts, fitted IIDTool reset, IIDTool recalibration, sorted Smile

Yesterday on the way home from a trip to the in laws, "boing" again. This time FL. The lower bolt on the suspension arm had snapped in two, same as the other side a while back. (Sorry about fuzzy photo)

Now I knew how to fix these front ones having already fixed the other side:

Reset with IIDTool, will let it all settle down a bit then redo calibration and adjust heights, I am a bit high up at the back now.

On both occasions IIDTool only gives "1/1 0x64 Articulation Validity Fault" - am surprised it doesn't help with which one? .

Just ordered a N/S front one myself.
Did the O/S front last year, so due to change. Not broken, but it's movement is stiff and is throwing up "articulation validity fault"

On top of NSF ABS sensor, relutor ring, CV boot. It's been an interesting few weeks!

Yes, good to have an "easy fix" once in a while. Have to say one of the allen key bolts on the front height sensor was rounded off, so unscrewed the two 8mm self tappers holding the bracket on. These did not go back on super tight, so may need to replace with bigger ones (self tappers) or insert a rawlplug of some kind. Did make the job of getting the height sensor off a bit easier though. .
