Hi just after some help, I've replaced the steering Angle sensor today and now the horn or any of the steering wheel controls work I've checked the fuses etc any one had this many thanks

It looks like you may have left a multiplug unplugged probably from the rotary coupler on the upper steering column, as the rotary coupler has the connections for the horn and controls etc.

I had a quick look on my wiring diagram but it'll be easier if you have a quick look in the wiki above and go down to the electrical diagrams.

It's either that or a battery disconnect to reset the ECUs. There's a procedure for the battery disconnect in the wiki also and a description for an ECU reset, you never know it might work because these cars do like to get their knickers in a twist

Go up the the top right of this page and you'll see Forum, Gallery, Wiki etc it's a place where there are detailed instructions on how to carry out various procedures.

Are you aware that you'll need to recalibrate the new starring angle sensor. Some people call it coding it to the car but all you need to do is recalibrate it, it's done with an IIDtool from GAP (lots of threads on the forum about it) or a dealer / independent level diagnostics machine. If you don't recalibrate you'll get a few errors regarding suspension etc.
