[SOLD] Spare wheel lifting strap

Spare wheel lifting strap, including mounting bolts - £35 posted
Even comes with the little plastic 'stick' for propping the boot open and fitting bolts!

Removed from my 2007 VSE prior to trading it in Big Cry

If you have ever tried getting the spare wheel out of the boot you will know how difficult it is! The lifting strap solves the problem, making it very easy to access the spare wheel.

Handy instructional video on YouTube shows it in use


These were fitted as standard up until about 2006 then LR stopped fitting them (probably due to cost)
LR continued to drill and thread the fitting holes in the body, hence an easy retro fit! (search on here - was almost a craze at one point!)





Fitting bolts taped into place so they don't get lost

I have a plastic stick thing, I may even have the straps not sure would have to wait for my car to get back, I have a LPG tank in there so no use for them

I am on the hunt for a lifting strap too. I had a flat today and that wheel is f heavy at full reach. Big Cry 2011c Vogue SE 4.4 Oil Burner
