Door card issue

Very simple issue but it's doing my head in , removed my door card to sort an issue with the door handle lighting and now no matter what I try I can get the top of the door card to hook onto the black, rubber seal which sits along the top of the card..
I've tried fitting it with the strip attached to the card and also tried putting the strip on the glass then trying to fit the card to it in situ.. can't for the love of god get it back together properly and have had to walk away and get a coffee... very nearly spat the dummy out over something so simple.. any tips guys?

Yeah I've found ones showing removing the door card. Can't find anything regarding refitting the strip?

Whistle run the video backwards!! Rolling with laughter

assuming it's a front door, have you, A, removed the inner cover for the door mirror? And B, I think it's easier to get it to slot back in place with the window fully open...If I can remember right I fed the front edge first, and hinged the door card down in to place, sort of like a guillotine action... the biggest pita is getting the inner door handle cable back, there isn't a lot of room Thumbs Up Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... @ miggit . Aye matey it's the front door card. I've actually done that with the video to see if there's any indication of how it fitted but the powerful guy basically yanks the door up and the strip flys off Laughing not much help from those lot... I shall try it with the window down and see if that helps. I remember when I removed it I had to pull the top part of the card off at an angle to get it free and I have been using that angle to try and refit... round 2 👊

Shocked that must have been a shock after the weight of the door card... I reckon that the front seats should have lifting eyes fitted to them Thumbs Up Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!
