[For Sale] Workshop / pallet racking

I have a quantity of Link 51 pallet racking. It is listed on the Link website as medium duty and the cross beams are the 2bb type. I cant find load ratings but I have worked out that it previously held approx 350kg per shelf and there were 4 shelves per bay

Uprights are 2850mm high and 750mm wide. Bays are 2400mm across. Uprights could be cut down.

A guide price would be £20 per upright and £20 per complete shelf. A complete shelf is made up of two cross beams, wire shelving to cover the whole shelf and the locking tabs to stop it coming apart.

Pictures shown of a 3 bay run with 4 shelves per bay. I.e 4 uprights and 12 shelves in total. £320. Second picture is the same amount bundled up.

Any quantity is fine. Price negotiable. I have put a load in my workshop and have got loads of cr@p... I mean useful spares off the floor!!

Jamie - PM replied too

Stew. There is someone on this forum I think who does a courier service of big items like this, can't remember his name, or shiply might work?

I measured up a 3 bay bundle and it is 2850mm long, 900mm wide and 820mm high, all approx. I also weighed some components to give a rough overall weight of the bundle. This worked out at 380kg

I can forklift or hand ball on this end

It looks good, although would look even better if I had got round to assembling it Smile

Currently on workshop floor painting duty, which is like one of those Chinese puzzles moving all the cars around to get to the floor. Hopefully I will get it assembled this weekend.

Thanks Sam, yes that is good motivation Smile.

After tripping over the unassembled racking earlier on today, have vowed to put it up this weekend.

Stew - I have someone on the LR4x4 forum collecting some and taking to Devon. Might work out for you if you wanted some?
