Certificate of Conformity . . .

Evening All.

Having just imported a two door Classic from Portugal, I may need to obtain the above to register it here in Blighty.

I'd appreciate any comments or observations from those who have been through this recently ie Do I get this from JLR ?

Ta v much

JLR is the place.

A couple of years ago I imported a Smart into Greece and the Greek authorities were most insistent that I had a CofC. I got it via Daimler Benz UK and it cost £120. 2017 5.0 Autobiography Supercharged

^ Thanks for the reply Thumbs Up

I've recieved the registration pack from DVLA. The V55/5 requires many boxes to be filled in stating "refer to Certificate of Conformity", so I definitely need one.

Anyone had experience of this with JLR recently ? Where do you go after one of these . . . ?

Did the other way around, importing from UK to France, simply asked LR France for the CoC and roughly 180 euros later the document came in the mail. easy as that. l=Oo\________/oO=l l:OolΞΞΞΞΞΞΞloO:l

After having done a little bit more reading, I may now not need it as it is (well !) over ten years old.

I didn't need a CofC when importing my 1992 motorhome from Germany four years ago.

I'm sure you're correct about the 10 year comment. Not all of the V55/5 needs filled-in. Si. <This is my name.
