Noticed that the upper tailgate on the near side isn't touching the round castellated rubber buffer, the drivers side is easily screwed in/out but the near side is stuck! Tried to grip it to turn it with pliers, no good , so I tapped it round with a hammer and screwdriver and it turned, unfortunately it's not moved the adjuster it's undone the whole thing which now won't tighten again. Anyone know what's on the back? I darent take it right out in case the back nut falls inside the box section and can't see how to get behind!,,
