BCU Failing?

Over the last few weeks, the following problems have cropped up, in this order.

1. The NSF passenger superlocked.
2. The drivers door lock stopped responding (thankfully, unlocked).
3. All four door windows stopped opening.
4. The HeVac system and control panel are very intermittant.
5. The air suspension system is very intermittant.

I noticed that if I switch on the ignition then wait a few seconds, the hevac and air suspension may fire up and I can start the engine. If I switch on the ignition and fire up the engine immediately, the hevac and air suspension will not fire up.

Is the BCM the common factor?

Cheers

Gary
