2007 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.2 SC V8 Stornoway Grey

I bought both from ebay but the first was listed as being for my car , it wasn't , they change part numbers and resistances a couple of times , the fronts are different to the rears , ones for diesels are different to the petrol models , the bmw ones may be different to the jaguar ones ( I'm not too sure on this one) best bet would be to give a main dealer a call with your vin number and confirm part number and take it from there Or you could check the resistance on the new one against the one from the other rear wheel sensor IF you get it out without breaking it

My monies on you having been supplied the incorrect sensor though , cheap fix if so

Good luck

Hope so.

Might even bite the bullet for one direct from LR if it saves on fault finding. It'd be cheaper in the long run.

Is there a website, like realoem.com for BMWs, that gives exploded diagrams and part numbers based on your VIN? Current cars:

Just checked my ebay order.... I have bought the wrong sensor Laughing

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/332187414822

In my defence it was listed as upto 2012. Hadn't realised that there were further differences!

I take it I need part no: SSF500021 Current cars:

That's the correct number according to my English version of Microcat for a MY09 TDV8.

Glad you got the sensor sorted Keith. Thumbs Up

Have you gone for an identical replacement camera or something better?

Just the one that was recommended in one of the threads on here.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/141918317810?_tr...EBIDX%3AIT

Going to fit it shortly.

This might be why the parking sensors weren't working either:
