Digital TV

Hi folks, new to the forum. I will be getting a 2010 RR this weekend and had a few questions. Mainly, do all 2010 Facelift RRs (not Sports) have a digital TV?

Please advise

If, like me, this is your first foray into fattie ownership, you won't regret it.

Picked up my 2010 vogue yesterday.. does anyone know how to enable dual view? I assumed it was on by default but can't find any option. When I have the tv on and drive off.. all I get is the screen say something like disabled during drive.

Please advise

They don't all have Dual View.....

Do you have a button like the one on the top right in this pic ?

and dual view means the TV will be visible to the passenger, the driver would still get the same message

Unnecessary quote removed

gutted.. I don't have the same button Big Cry

Does that mean mine isn't a dual view? I thought it was standard on 2010s on..

I know the driver will still see the map etc but thought it was a good feature..

mjdronfield.. thanks for the info

if you dont have the ''double square' button then you dont have dual view.....

dual view was an option till around 2012 when it was standard on the westies and ab's..

no dvd unless you have rse.. ... - .- -.

Cheers guys.. If I could ever get hold of a unit that has double square button.. is it a plug and play replacement or the dealer has to do something?

also it appears the anti glare coating on most part of the frequently used spots on the screen has come off.. has anyone been able to remove the rest of the coating to make it look even?

Dual view was def an option vs. standard fit on MY2011s.

My MY2011 Vogue SE has a lot of goodies, but no dual screen.

Don't forget you can enter your VIN into Topix and get it's build sheet.

Here is my options list that I figured out (with plenty of help from the forum!) when in buying mode. I found it useful because it's really hard to know what car comes with what. Options over the years moved in and out of std fit.

I quickly became an options spotter from photos. e.g. the two tiny buttons on the steering wheel fro Adaptive Cruise.

(This is my own list so if anyone spots errors, give me a shout). Cheers, Greg

before you go spending vast amounts of cash to get dual view Scott, you need to consider that unless you travel in a very good digital reception area then the tv signal will fluctuate due to road dips and high buildings and the passenger trying to watch tv will be very frustrating...

i have D/V and my wife has watched tv for about 5 minutes once in the last year whilst in a traffic jam, as soon as we moved the signal was lost.. ... - .- -.
