Stealth mode

Does anyone know what this does or is yet another useless feature?

Have tried on and off and I cant see any difference at all - bit like sports mode Laughing

I believe it dims the "mood lighting" so it doesn't look like you are sitting in the car with the lights on...

It certainly didn't work hiding outside the student nurses accommodation at night...they spotted me straight away and called the Fedz Big Cry

Car is fairly dark inside at night so only conclusion must be that mine doesn't work?

All the mood lighting is on but is fairly subtle in terms of overall in car brightness, certainly stealth mode doesn't seem to have any noticeable difference.

On my car the Stealth is activated when you turn off the main screen. At that point the speedometer graphics go to the 'torchlight' mode, the temperature readouts turn off and mood lighting is turned off.

If you enable or disable the stealth mode in the menus then unless it is dark and you turn off the display you will not see any difference.

Thanks Nick - read something about this but how do you turn the screen off?

Depending on your spec, there is a power 'hard' button on the bottom left side next to the screen, or it is a 'soft' button om the bottom left of the touchscreen home screen.

what do people think of the overall intensity of the mood lighting, I have mine turned up fully but unless there is something like a cleaning rag in the door cubby reflecting the lights then I can hardly tell its on. this may of course be something I am not doing correctly. :-} Agueroooooooooo. 93-20
I swear you will never see anything like this ever again....watch it..drink it in.

Mine's set to blue & i'd say they're quite bright & certainly unmissable. Obviously in the daylight they're not as easy to see, but in the dark they're very obvious. Paul

I've set mine to orange/yellow and its fairly unassuming even at full brightness. I like it though, fits well with the Almond/Espresso.
