Instrument cluster intermittently dies RR Vogue 2005 TD6

Hi everyone,

Have a puzzling problem with my 05 Vogue TD6. For some reason the instrument cluster showing speed, revs, fuel and heat dies intermittently. the information at the bottom of the cluster showing time, range fuel consumption is not affected. There seems to be some type og pattern to it, but I am unsure what is causing the problem. It seems to be affected by the charge of the battery and happens if I make a short trip and stop the car and then start it again very quickly after stopping. If I leave the car standing for a while (10 min) and start it again the instruments som back again. What I see the instruments do right before they die is pump up and down slightly and then die.

Have been looking for a thread that explains what is going on with no luck so far.

Is there anyone out there that has had the same problem and found a solution?

Switzerland 2005 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Barolo Black

I have the exact same issue for 6 months now and cant find an explanation for it. I thought it might be a ground failing somewhere but i think its more of a ECU connected to it. Any clue?
Mine is a 2005 4.4 m62
