these are some of the prices but i didnt buy genuine mostly and i will look up on ebay what i actually bought. there are new vanos units on there which you can either rebuild your own or just clean but they may rattle
Some of this you might not need, i ordered upper and lower sump gasket but definitely wont need the upper
I also bought cam chains and cam chain tensioner guides

ordered the Vanos seals and the tools to do the job from the USA
Ordered some parts from the UK, the postage is almost as dear as the parts, way over the top.
Cant get a reading on the pins on the vanos, don’t know why RR 2005 4.4 petrol

Got a phone call to day, all the way from Germany
Asked if I had received the email, said they needed proof it wasn’t a scam.
I said, I wasn’t going to give them that information and they could refund the money and I would buy the parts else ware.
After a few questions, confirming my address, last four no on my credit card, what I wanted the parts for, the man said ok, they will be posted within the next twenty four hours.
Got home and there was an email, as he said there would be, oking every thing RR 2005 4.4 petrol
