2002 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Zambezi Silver

Any response from OP?

There are loads of Censored company's out there trying to make a quick buck but when a company is good they are good, never had any issue with them they have also been helpful in the past, I purchased chrome fog surrounds for my 2002 then didn't use them sent the car back, rèplacment car has 2005 facelift a few emails later I sent the old ones back and had them replaced not many company's will do that for you

England 2005 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Zambezi Silver

Have just fitted a set of Zambezi door handle covers from Powerfuluk. Very happy with the colour match.
It's a shame they only do mail order, as I have to pass by them at least a couple of times a week taking Mrs Druboo to work!

Do these powerfukl Uk ones cover pretty well on the edges, or do they look like they are just stick on over?

I have bought these and they're good.
However, if you're intending to buy them....

£59 from Powerfuluk.com website here:
http://www.powerfuluk.com/vehicles/range-r...y-9pc.html

Or

£41 from Powerfuluk on the bay here:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/8-pc-Bonatti-Gre...2749.l2649

Save yourself a few bob!

Or the same price for the same 8 piece kit as opposed to 9, straight from Powerful Smile

@ lounge_on_wheels They don't clip on, but cover just far enough behind the top and bottom of the handles if you get my drift.

No, not yet, I'm away until middle of next week as my son gets married shortly and the wife wants to "help sort things out".
One problem I'll have is the fact an acquaintance has fitted these, or similar, and he said in the sun you can feel them move in your hand. So I did as he suggested and added a couple of splodges of epoxy to the inside just to keep them firm. I can see these being destroyed coming off.

Pic below doesn't really show the full extent of the difference in colour. Speaking to a mate up here, who's a very well respected body man in the area, and he reckons even if painted in batches they should be painted in the orientation they'll be fitted. Something to do with the way the metallic lies and reflects the light. He says if they're painted with one section backwards when the light hits them they'll look different. And that's what I have.

Or not! As it won't let me!

Please email me once the wedding has taken place and I will see what I can do to resolve this.

Please include pictures of all handles from straight on.

Thanks

Sara

Will do Sara, it's going to be a few weeks though before I remove the caps as down in Wiltshire today for several days, then wedding is Aug 12th and will be away again. Probably down there between now and then again also. I'll get some pics and forward those this week though.

Thanks

Thanks rodp

I take issues with my painting very seriously, quick question - did you put epoxy on both long and short sections?

Oh yes Embarassed They should still ease off though as the door handles are plastic and epoxy isn't solvent based, I'll just have to be very careful.

Fitted a set of these today , took about 2 mins and nice job , would obviously prefer to have handles repainted but for cost , easy of fitting and quality , you cant really go wrong. 2015 4.4 AB
