Denso touch screen issue please help

Hi my first post on here and I am struggling to find the reason for a recent problem on my L322 2006 Vogue SE I have sound but only radio which is an untuned no signal sound all radio stations say preset 1 2 3 etc I do not have a flashing orange light but constant and I can only select 4x4 info and the on board with computer info and venture cam screen with the touch screen I cannot select DVD , TV, CD, Aux and volume control on stereo will not turn the volume up or down but control on steering wheel works! When I put car in reverse rear cam doesn't engage now either. It's not the Bluetooth module or the Sat Nav or TMC as I have all these disconnected and bypassed via the correct bypass modules . I have t step all fuses and all are ok. I recently disconnect the battery a few times to install a new steering wheel could the issue be a software update fir the infotainment system as the battery has been disconnected a few times. Cheers Jay

Hi does the hard reset involve touching the two terminals together after you have disconnected the battery?

Hi mate I have a new battery and has been tested all good. I am thinking the issue could be either the amp or tv module I will disconnect and clean all connections and hen try a bypass on each module and if this fails it will deffo be a trip to the stealers with this issue I think as I would of tried everything.
Cheers
Jay.

Hi Jay,

Do you have a fault code reader, or have you tried to upload any patches for the various modules? Just a thought but a tool such as the IID tool might shed some light on the problem and be much cheaper than the stealer who is going to do the same thing and charge you for the privilege

Hi Jay,

Yes the GAP tool allows you apply updates. In fact, I think it's almost an essential tool for all full fat owners.

Cheers,

Kev
