Love it Thumbs Up , although the length of your trailer seems rather excessive Whistle

Very nice and a great choice of colour, inside and out Thumbs Up

What's the issue that's grounded it?

The bunks sit high so needed to prevent getting the car wet. Standard for a rollercoaster trailer.

Issues have took the shine off slightly... just been told by the dealer parts are on back order. I Had to ring for an update earlier. God knows when I would have got one. They've had the thing all week whilst I've been knocking around in a disco sport.

Issues (I reported the issues the day of collecting but took 3 weeks to get me booked in)

Loud whirring noise between 50 and 80. (Like a wheel bearing, but it's not that) - dealer said they can hear it (you can't not) but not sure what it is. They have ordered replacement front suspension. I'm unsure how this can be related?

Knocking on the suspension over any bumps

Slight vibration through the steering wheel.

Juddering (feels like transmission related) when pulling away with hard lock on

Tow bar motor EXTREMELY loud

Lovely colour combination - is it Loire Blue and Ivory? Shame about the niggles, hope they are sorted quickly.

See this link Danp03:

http://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/topic43895....ble+towbar

There is a deployable towbar recall and one of the symptoms is it being excessively noisy. I had to ask them to do it in between paying the deposit and collecting the car and I gave them the full details that are within said link.

Lovely car, hope you get the issues ironed out Thumbs Up

Car was delayed by over a week whilst these issues where meant to have been rectified prior to collection. Wife dropped the car off on Monday, I chased yesterday to find the only thing that had been done was the wheels had been balanced. Multiple parts on back order with no ETA so decided to take the car. They are going to confirm when all parts are in stock for which they will require the car for a further 7 days. It's hard to get annoyed as the service staff are generally nice people. Hoping it gets sorted soon. Have to say after a short drive in the curtesy car I'm not looking forward to a week back in a discovery sport Sad

With all those issues I'd be pushing the DP for a similar FFRR courtesy car, sod driving around in a cheapo Disco Sport when you've paid for the real thing.
