Installed Update IOS 11.0.3. Hoping for successful connection.

Alas, still same message 'Network Problem'.

I've just had a call from a very polite gentleman from JLR telling me that it is the most recent update to the Incontrol software that is not compatible with current smartphone software and said that it was affecting both Android and Apple products. Engineers are working on a solution and I should watch out for an update to the App. No ETA for the solution.

I was ready to contact LR customer services, but will now hold back.

I wonder if the offending update is across all the LR range or even all the JLR range???

No, but that's a pretty good suggestion, obvious really but I still didn't think to do this.

However, I cannot see how to do it. I see that version 1.69.3 was released two hours ago but not how to download the update. It isn't showing as an update waiting to be installed. Any advice for what seems to be a numpty? I normally manage fine but not this time.

Log onto the App Store - mine came up with a list of Apps that needed updating? I just clicked on the InControl App and it does it all automatically - working perfect now - it's taken 3 weeks... 2021 L405 Vogue SE 4.4 V8 DIESEL ~ #17

Thanks Vogue, but I don't see that, a couple of other Apps had updates waiting but not that one. I don't suppose me being in Canada for a few days could maybe affect this but I can't really see why. I'll keep checking it to see if anything changes but I'm home Monday anyway.
