Climate control strange behavior

Hi,
I have the following strange things happening on my 2006 4.2 supercharged,
Symptoms,

1.When on auto full blower fan, cold air even if it's set 26c.

2.When on sun from front, full blower again if i cover the red solar sensors on the dash the blower slow down, again cold air.

Other times i can control the heater and feel the difference from 16 to 28.

What can be the problem?
