Flat Tyre Monitoring On L405 - Standard or Optional via TPMS

Hi all

Thinking of coming back to an L405 with a 2013 63 SDV8 AB and have a question regarding tyre monitoring, the build sheet says without TPMS but the dealer is suggesting the L405 has a flat tyre alert system as standard, can anyone confirm?

I'm concerned that a tyre going flat, especially a rear that isnt steering, will be hard to detect due to the air suspension set up so would really want to be alerted even if I cant see the actual pressures, as per TPMS?

Thanks

Carl

Tyre pressure monitoring has been mandatory on all new cars since 2014.

Hi Yes TPMS was a option on the early cars £395. (before mid 2014)
On 14M5 (my model) we ordered the car with an this option but when confirming the spec it was standard.
