I've always quite liked the red - Pimento or something like that - but SWMBO has always said no to 'an interior like a tarts handbag' so I'm stuck with boring old ivory Big Cry

In real life it actually looks a lot more subtle and very nice, the photos are a bit garish

AB Black is my dream 322, along with the Ultimate of course Wink Your 2012 is very close to a ABB, besides the wheels and a few details

I love my AB Black with red bits and leather head lining. Plus RSE should be worshipped Bow down for the God it is regarding the effective tasering effect it has on children.

I have almost exactly the same car with a cream interior and have enjoyed every moment of owning it. I think your interior is both striking assertive, love it. Enjoy your new ride, I am sure you will love everything about it, apart from the running cost. Thumbs Up

Picked it up today

Wow just wow

Great drive home, lots of gadgets to play with, good sounds. Same sat nav as my old Freelander - shame

Dealer fitted removable tow bar, new MOT (even though old one was only 3 months old) and changed All transfer box and diffs oils in the price so reasonably satisfied.

Needed some fuel, so stopped before I got to the petrol station and checked operation of the fuel filler flap - well didn’t want to look silly. Got to the fuel stop and started putting fuel in, but squeeze, click, squeeze click, repeat. Couldn’t get it to more than dribble in, grrrrrr after 10 minutes I had about £5 of fuel in. So payed and thought, maybe it’s the pump. Drove to another station and tried again - squeeze, click, squeeze, click - another £7 this time! Looked inside filler tube and there was a yellow flap hanging down, anti siphon device? Splasback flap? I must have missed something. Drove away, stopped in a lay-by and consulted the manual

It was the anti wrong fuelling device, somehow in the dealers it had been deployed. So that was a relief, and they provide a tool. Who would have thought it!, and it was stored in the luggage bay. Is that the boot? Or the sections in the side of the boot - I found a warning triangle, but as I didn’t really know what I was looking for I made a dash to my very local independents, just before they closed. ‘Help” and they did, for those whom it might happen to in the future, it’s in the front of the spare wheel bay, next to the locking nut adaptor. You put it in the tube, wiggle it about a bit and hay presto, the flap disappears. !!!

So whilst I was there booked myself a health check for the RR,

Headlights that dip beam and full beam themselves, cornering lights - brilliant

No iPhone connection for the music playback - rubbish - to be sorted

So far so good, long may it last

Huge congrats and welcome!

I'll never forget the drive home from the dealer when I picked mine up.
I've never won anything big, let alone a lottery. So I don't quite know
what that feels like.

But driving my new-to-me RR home that day sure felt like I'd won Euromillions.

And still feels incredible every single day.

Best piece of advice - (not mine, it was elsewhere on this forum)
Drive it like you stole it! Mr. Green Mr. Green Mr. Green Mr. Green
(aka Italian tune up) Cheers, Greg
