I think he still sells them, he just doesn’t like emails about the product.

In the description on the website he tells you to go on a forum and do the homework yourself unless the question is interesting enough for him to answer. Unfortunately the forum doesn’t work for me, or Sky is blocking it Big Cry ______________________________

Tested app with smartphone:

On Main Screen:
Mileage (in km)
Engine speed
Coolant Temp
Door open (but on wrong side of car)

On Vehicle Info Screen:
Last part of VIN
Last service (but gave 2000+ days which is wrong?)

That is all I could get out of it. Some data only showed up sometimes.

Navcoder gives much more, but of course not an android app.

Might be tempted to shell out the 10 euros for the full unlocked app, don't have DSP so don't need that one. Would like to know how to connect to the ibus, I could write the rest of the app to operate all the OBC functions! and then run the car from the phone Smile .

OK got the app unlocked.

Remember I am testing this on my tablet and connecting to the Resler interface in the boot.

Didn't do a full test as it was so windy it kept blowing the tailgate down on my head!

All the data came through on the main screen and vehicle info screen, apart from Oil pressure and Fuel in tank on the former.

Mirrors fold doesn't work (but didn't check if my mirrors fold anyway Embarassed ) but Adrian, the developer, said this might be an issue.

Comfort blinking (lane change 1/23/4/5 blinks when temporarily hit the indicator stalk) works, but seems to only work when connected to device, did not persistent after disconnecting and start car again.

PDC works very well, and is correct for RHD cars Smile

Will have a play with the other settings and tools when I get the chance, but does seem a worthwhile addition if you have an android unit. We should ask for the FFRR to be added in images, logos and schematics Smile .

United Kingdom 2003 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Giverny Green

hi jo
fitted an android head unit to a mates car the weekend
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Android-7-1-Car...2749.l2648

nice almost flat face, fits and looks a treat Thumbs Up ill post some pics when its sorted

wired the usb thing into the car but left it floating in the glovebox (is this correct or do i have to plug the usb in the back of the headunit)

downloaded the app onto the unit
but cant seem to get the keboard on the screen on the code unlock screen

how does the unlock code get sent to you, is it via email or is it sent straight to the divice

any tips for unlocking

has anyone else fitted it ?

cheers nige

also it has now gone over to german language and i cant get it back to english lol Embarassed

You will need to plug it in to the head unit, otherwise you won't be able to send and receive canbus messages

App is activated over the internet/wifi direct on the App so you will need to be in range

Not sure about the language thing, may be a setting, or check your head unit settings .

has anyone else made any progress on this

had another couple of hours on it the weekend

so-

it does reset the clock via the head unit Thumbs Up but not much else

when you set it to fold the mirrors at ignition off- it drops all the windows
the mileage display is incorrect and i dont beleve the temp displays ect

also got the DSP unlocked(main reason for buying it) but that also does not work

when you plug the interface into the usb it brings on the sound for around 15-20 seconds then you loose it again
so still stuck with the head unit in the glove box

@ ironhorse

IIRC the developer indicates there are some bugs with mirror folding

Did you buy the DSP app as well ?

My disappoint was that I was able to set the indicators to three flashes on gentle (lane changing) - what I wanted it for!, but this didn't stick when I removed the device .
