Its a job I've not been looking forward to ........the dreaded oil seal replacement on the cooler . My car is a 2011 4.4 tdv8 Vogue with 94 k up .
With new seals at the ready , both oil cooler one and the little o rings for the rear I commenced the operation !
It all went rather well I must say, thanks mainly to me studying MM289 Wiki ( a huge thumbs up :thumbs up: ).
The amount of build up in the inlet manifold was also a bit of an eye opener.......wow. I think in all, I spent most of my time cleaning all this crap out  .
I started the job a 8am and was driving down the road at midday .
I replaced the coolant header tank also, the old one was contaminated and looked a little sorry for itself . New coolant in, burped the old girl and checked for leaks.
All is good in the world again !!
If yours has oil contamination in the header......go for it, its not a difficult job.
