2019 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Carpathian Grey

Boot Opening via remote

Can someone please confirm if the both tailgate doors should open when using the boot open button on the key fob. Currently only the upper door opens on my car.

My car is 2013 model of the L405. 2019 L405 SDV8 Autobiography

It appears that on the early models only the upper tailgate opens via the remote, according to Hunters at Preston.

I’m not convinced myself so if anyone here has an early model where both tailgates open let us know 2019 L405 SDV8 Autobiography

I think it's the top half only to stop it a trailer if you open with a remote.

If it's opened by the foot jerky movement - your hands are obviously too full to press the buttons and need both top and bottom open. 2021 L405 Vogue SE 4.4 V8 DIESEL ~ #17
