TD6 secondary pump

Before abt 3 months i changed the secondary pump as i had the engine cutting off problems above certain nr of revs.
Before a weeks while i was in a high way car bong and "injectors fault" appeared in dash.
Got in a parking area and after 2min stoppage restarted the car with no problem.
Strange was that at that time car also lost clock/screen settings date/etc.
When i returned back i changed the diesel filter, just in case,as i did not replace it when i changed the pump.
But since then car mainly revs only upto 4k- from time to time it gives me the pleasure to exceed them- and then is cutting out but without any bong/dash msg while if i let the revs to fall below 4k and till i will reach them again it normally responds.
Car has not any starting problems either when is cold or hot but i am with impression that in general runs harsher.
Can it be a defective secondary pump ?????? since the one i bought is still under guarantee

Any ideas please

Have you done any work on your injectors?

Try a leak test to see if any of them are not working as they should. .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember Wink

AKIS, you may wanna try putting 1/2 liter of 2T oil in a full tank of diesel. it lubricates injectors and pumps. First time I used

2T in my car i felt immediate difference for better.

Injectors leak test has been done and not any problem appeared.Engine still cut off at arnd 4k and recovering if i l let accelerator pedal fr few seconds.I am with opinion that this happens only when engine in normal temp with temp gauge at 12o'clock.
This is irrespective whether tank is full or half or whatever while when engine cut off not any msg appears in dash panel.
Any ideas please??????????????????

I found this the other day while searching around trying to get some help with my TD6 injector issue, have you had it on any diagnostic kit? The thread below is long but his problem was a wiring issue that only manifested itself when car was at normal temperature.
It sounds like you have already solved it with the pump but if not this may help.
